OEM or aftermarket?
Ninja has shipped two completely different frother designs, and the replacement parts do not cross over. Working out which one you have takes about five seconds and saves ordering the wrong thing.

The whisk is what wears, not the motor
A frother that runs but barely foams is almost always a worn or deformed whisk. The whisk works by maintaining a specific clearance that drags air into the milk; once that clearance opens up, or the drive coupling rounds off, it spins freely and does nothing useful.
Before ordering, check the simplest version of the fault: a whisk that is not clicked fully onto its drive spins eccentrically and produces the same symptom.
What kills them early
Two things, and neither is age. Running it dry puts load on the coupling that it is not designed for. So does overfilling the jug — the whisk is sized for a milk volume, and past the max line it is churning against resistance.
Dishwashers are the third. Milk protein rinses off in warm water if you do it straight away; repeated dishwasher heat is what warps the plastic and rounds the drive.
The jug handle is its own part
On the Luxe Cafe the milk jug handle is a known break point, and it is sold separately. Worth knowing, because replacing the handle costs a fraction of replacing the jug.
A whisk is not a steam wand
Worth separating, because the fixes have nothing in common. A whisk is a spinning part in a jug and it wears out. A steam wand blocks with dried milk in holes under a millimetre across, and it is cleared with soaking and a pin rather than replaced.
If your Ninja is an espresso machine with a wand, that is the routine you want instead.
